One of the services we offer is a simple online tool to take reservation inquiries, in an organized fashion, online, without trying to keep track of all those email inquiries!

NO SOFTWARE REQUIRED! This can be maintained completely online, or you can download the current copy of your reservation requests at any time. We can create any entry fields that you would like: namem address, rv/tent/pets?/ada access... ANYTHING!!

You can sort by any field, print any or all records, copy and past to another page... ANYTHING!

Where to use this? You can use this as a link from your website (probably on every page!), in emails (like in the signature block), or we can even create a separate web address (URL) that you can include on your letterhead or business card.

The registration screen includes a greeting and instructions from you. As soon as someone fills in the form they receive a thank you greeting from YOU. Most campground owners want to see this report every morning to respond quickly. You can access the form any time online.

WiFi as a profit center!

We offer WiFi services, enabling you to provide wireless Internet services to your campers, usually in your entertainment area.

This can become a profit center for you in several ways:

• Your location gets posted on the national registries of WiFi locations ( brings business!)
• Your visitors have FREE access to the Internet from their laptop, making your resort more attractive!! Starbucks gets $3.95/4 hour visit. Hotels charge $9.95 per day. There is no cost to you for them using the service! There is no monthly fee to providing this service, other than your existing broadband connection. You can also sell advertising on your own log in page! Maybe the amusement park, golf course, theatre or winery.
• Making WiFi available only in your entertainment room adds revenue from increased food and beverage sales.
• You receive a complimentary "landing page" for when they log in. This gives you a chance to remind them of all the great offerings you have!
